Does my credit have to be really good if I want to rent a condo or house?

If your credit is not good for whatever reason you do still have the ability to rent from a private owner. The

main qualifying factor should be your income and work stability. If that is solid you usually have a good

chance of being accepted. In this economy landlords do understand that not everyone has steller

credit. But there are some landlords out there that do want great credit. So the answer to this questions is

no, your credit doesn't have to be really good in order to rent a condo or house. If you have any questions
